If you become ill or are injured after office hours, during the weekend, or a holiday, your call to the office will go through our answering service. Please limit calls to emergencies or other urgent problems that cannot wait until morning.
Primary Care – Our primary care physicians are here to provide a constant support system for our patients to lean on. Few things are more important than your health, which we treat by conducting annual physicals, providing care for your non-emergent medical needs, and assessing symptoms for specialist referrals.
And above all, know that an annual physical is vital to maintaining optimum health and wellness, as well as tracking changes in your growth and development.
Prescriptions will only be refilled during office hours. Please plan ahead so that you do not run out of important medicines. Always have the phone number of your pharmacy available when you call the office.
VanGo Patient Transportation. For patients who need transportation to get to tests, procedures, cardiac rehab, physical therapy, and appointments. Call (716) 298-2370 between 8 am and 5 pm for reservations. Appointments are scheduled on a first-call, first served basis and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Meals are served at the following times: Breakfast: 7:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. Lunch: 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Any mail, packages, or flowers will be delivered daily to your room. Outgoing mail may be given to your nurse. Mail received after your discharge will be forwarded to your home.

Leave large sums of money and all unnecessary jewelry and valuables at home. Keep all personal items such as eyeglasses, hearing aids, razors, perfume, etc. in the drawer of your bedside stand. This will help prevent accidental loss or damage.
Essential Support Persons – for patients who are intellectually, cognitively or developmentally disabled and require special needs/assistance/support. Visitors who are deemed to be essential for discharge education in order to facilitate a safe discharge from the facility.
