Every patient receives information about his or her rights and responsibilities as a patient when they are admitted.
Patients and family members are encouraged to first speak with a member of their care team. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, or wish to speak with someone not directly involved with your care, you may refer to the Patient Relations Department. We will work with you and your team to address your concerns.

If you are seeking a same day appointment, please call our offices directly at 617-661-6225. If you have a life-threatening emergency call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Office telephone hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (except holidays) and Saturdays 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Urgent Care hours available by appointment.
Laboratory drawing station hours are offered by appointment during regular office hours.
The Marino Center is contracted to provide services for most major insurance carriers.
When a serious health problem arises, your doctor or an associate is always available for consultation by telephone. If the office is closed, the answering service will contact the doctor on call, and he or she will return your call.
If unable to keep your appointment, please call in advance to cancel and reschedule. Without notification of cancellation, another patient may be deprived of an appointment.
Medication refills will be handled during office hours. Please call or email your requests during regular office hours so that your chart may be used as a reference. When you call, you may speak to an administrative assistant for prescription refills.
