What is the Saratoga Hospital Patient Portal?

Our online, secure patient portal allows you to easily manage and access your personal health information online, at any time. Patients of the Saratoga Hospital Medical Group - Primary Care Milton practice are eligible to enroll in the Patient Portal.

What is the patient portal and how does it work?

Saratoga Hospital Medical Group’s Patient Portal is a secure website that allows access to your medical information. Through this Patient Portal you have real-time access to your medications, labs, and upcoming appointments.

How to enroll in the Patient Portal?

How can I enroll for the Patient Portal? You can contact your Provider’s office and they will provide an activation code for you by phone or mail. Once you have that code: Visit the Patient Portal site. Click on the link “Activate Account” to log in for the first time. Fill in the requested information.

What to do after hours?

After hours, an on call provider will return your call to assist you with medical advice and treatment. By contacting your primary care team first, you may be able avoid the need to visit urgent care or the emergency room. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.

Where does the patient portal come from?

The information in the Patient Portal comes from the electronic health record (EHR) that the medical providers use to document your care and health information. Since the hospital and the providers each use an EHR specifically designed to meet the requirements of that setting, the Patient Portals are not the same.

Our Burlington office has moved!

As of Monday, October 4th, our Burlington office is now located across the Hannaford shopping center. Our bigger and improved new office is at the very end of the shopping plaza, next to Snap Fitness in Suite 1. Our phone numbers are the same. We look forward to seeing you in our new space!

Welcome to our new provider, Gussie Logan!

We are excited to announce that Gussie Logan will be joining our teams at North Avenue and South Burlington on November 1. Gussie is a native Vermonter and family nurse practitioner who worked with Timber Lane Pediatrics in the past and we are thrilled to welcome her back. Dr. Barb Kennedy Retires and Timber Lane Pediatrics Welcomes Dr. Patrick Duff

This July, Dr. Kennedy retired from pediatric practice. She has been a guiding force at Timber Lane Pediatrics for 27 years! We will miss her dearly but wish her a relaxing retirement. Dr. Kennedy has written a letter to her patients you can find here.
