Mid Coast–Parkview Health offers several convenient, secure ways for you to access your medical records. Mid Coast Hospital, Mid Coast Medical Group, and CHANS Home Health & Hospice patients are able to sign up for the MaineHealth MyChart Patient Portal.
Mid Coast Hospital, Mid Coast Medical Group, and CHANS Home Health & Hospice patients are able to sign up for the MaineHealth MyChart Patient Portal. MyChart replaces the existing Mid Coast Medical Group Patient Portal and Mid Coast Hospital Patient Portals.
