Patients are typically billed up to $1500 for this panel when run through their insurance at a lab or hospital. It is important that you check with your insurance company to see what labs they will cover if you have them drawn at a lab/hospital.

While Vitality is not primary care, it definitely knows the value of primary care. Vitality is specialized care that works with you and your primary care provider to help you achieve optimal wellness. We are not available for same-day emergency appointments.
