Link your Mass General Brigham Health Records from organizations outside Mass General Brigham. You may be able to access your health information from a non-Mass General Brigham provider if he or she is using the same electronic health record vendor (known as Epic).

If your child is age 12 or younger, you may access Patient Gateway by filling out the Patient Care Representative (PCR) Access Authorization Form. If your child is age 13 or older, both you and your teen must sign up together.
Patient Gateway, sponsored by Massachusetts General Hospital and Mass General Brigham, provides secure, online access to your health information whenever you need it.
As a parent or legal guardian, your account will automatically cancel when your teen turns 18. A parent, teen or physician’s office can ask for the Patient Gateway Account to be cancelled at any time.

Patient Gateway is a medical resource with links to information for your medications, allergies, immunizations, and lab results. Parents, guardians, and adult children of elder parents may also take advantage of these features to help coordinate care for children, dependents, or elders.
Patient Gateway is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Information about your hospital stay: If you are admitted to one of our hospitals as an inpatient, you can see important information about your hospital stay, such as your inpatient medication list, who is on your care team and their progress notes, and education materials.
A spouse, parent, adult child, or other designee may become a Patient Gateway proxy, if they have been authorized by the patient.
