What is the patient web portal and how do I use it?

Patient Portal: We offer a Patient Web Portal through Eclinical Works for our patients. Through the use of this secure web portal, patients will be able to communicate with our office more efficiently. Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone.

What is myportfolio patient portal at UMMC?

After logging into the patient portal, you'll click the Visits button and select Appointments and Visits. Next to your appointment information, there will be a green eCheck-In button, taking you to the form. At the end of the form, you will electronically sign the document. After clicking the Submit button, your eCheck-In will be complete.

What is the purpose of this secure web portal?

Enroll in the Maryland Primary Care Physicians Patient Portal. MPCP is enrolling patients from all of our locations who have a current, active email address on file with the practice into our new MPCP MyPortfolio patient portal. If you have not yet signed up for the MyPortfolio patient portal, please click on the MyPortfolio button below and then click on Sign Up Now.

How to see lab results?

To see your labs, click on the lab/diagnostic imaging tab. Your labs will be listed individually by date. Just click on the name of the lab to see the value, a normal range and any notes your physician may have written.

Can you give out a patient's username and password over the phone?

Patients may obtain a username and password at the time of their next office visit. For security reasons, they cannot be given out over the phone. Once you have your username and password, please keep them in a safe place. Use this link to access the portal:
