Rural Health, Inc. provides Behavioral Health services at our Anna, Vienna, and Metropolis locations. Our providers are highly skilled and very attentive to our patient’s needs and provide treatment for a variety of Behavioral Health diagnoses.

Rural Health Group provides quality primary care services without regard for a patient’s ability to pay and serves as a community resource for eliminating health disparities.

Most private insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid are accepted. Rural Health also offers discounts based on the family income and size for those experiencing financial difficulties. Payment plans are available to help keep your credit in good standing. You will receive a statement each month with your account balance for Rural Health services. Co-pays are required to be paid at the time of the visit.

Rural Health Group is not a “free clinic” – however, our services are available at a deeply reduced fee to those who qualify based upon household size and income. If you qualify for the “Sliding Fee” scale, we will not deny service due to inability to pay.

We also offer sliding fee discounts to patients who qualify. All co-pays and sliding fee fees are due at time of service please bring your co-pay with you to your appointment. Information can be created and managed by authorized providers and shared with other providers across more than one health care organization.

Using a secure username and password, patients can view health information such as their visit summary, labs and billing statements. Patients can request refills, request, reschedule or cancel an appointment from the patient portal as well as request personal health information.

Can you use the patient portal for urgent matters?from esrh.org

The patient portal is not to be used for urgent matters or emergencies. If you are a new user to the patient portal, before you begin, you will need to setup your account. This painless process is a few short steps and should only take a couple of minutes.
