What is the patient portal and how to use it?

The patient portal is your secure online tool to access your health information, request refills, or communicate with your care team. The portal can be used on Computers, Tablets and Smartphones. Attention Registered Users: The Patient Portal has been upgraded. Your Login and Password from the old portal can be used to login.
