The BayCare patient portal, myBayCare, is your personal website for connecting to online medical records. BayCare now keeps certain hospital information in a SECURE, electronic medical record so your doctors and nurses have faster and more complete access to your records while you are a patient with us.

How do I Reset my Password for the BayCare patient portal?

Visit the official BayCare Patient Portal Login website at www.mybaycare.com. Click “Forgot your password?” “Shortcut. A new page will open asking you to reset your password. Click the “Next” button after entering your BayCare Patient Portal email address and removing the captcha. You will receive an email at the registered email address.
