It provides access to important information about you and your visit (s) to our hospital. Login to My HealthPoint. Information available on the Spring View Hospital Patient Portal includes: Admit and discharge dates and locations. Procedures performed during admission. Current and past problem list. Current medication list and medication history.

Your Visit

To serve you in the best way possible, we work by scheduled appointments. We suggest you call prior to the time you wish to be seen for routine and annual appointments. Please let us know of any issues that indicate that you need to be seen sooner as we have same day appointments for emergencies.

Insurance

At Physicians for Women we participate with most insurance plans but suggest that you check with your insurance company to verify our participation in your specific plan.

Billing and Payments

You are responsible for learning details of your coverage from your insurance plan, including all deductibles, co-payments and/or any referrals that may be required by your insurance company. Your co-payment is expected at the time of service, and payment in full is expected at each visit for services not covered by your insurance.
