How does KSB Anywhere Care work?

When you have a medical concern, you will log on to KSB Care Anywhere, select your primary concern, and answer a series of questions based on your symptoms. After your online intake is complete, a KSB provider will review your questionnaire and respond with a diagnosis, treatment plan, and education.

How will I access KSB Care Anywhere?

You will be able to access virtual care services using your computer or mobile devices. Patients who have a KSB Patient Portal account will also be able to access services through their portal website.

What if I need a prescription?

If medication is appropriate, a prescription (s) will be sent to you electronically where you will be able to send it to your preferred pharmacy for pick-up with just one click.
