Dr. Leffert has taken care of me for many years and the quality of hs services have been excellent. I lost my thyroid and have diabetes and he has been a knowledgeable resource in both areas.

Unorganized!

His office is so unorganized, they are always behind. Every appointment is like 30min to 2 hrs behind. It’s ridiculous, when you can the office they are always putting you on hold and at times they forget about you being on the line. Do not come here!

Be prepared to wait, but the doc is great

Yes, the wait time is terrible but I would say its worth it. I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Leffert. The 1st time I met him he spent over 40 mins just listening to me talk about my condition. I have been going to him for the last year and have not had to change my medication. His response through portal is always prompt..

SKIP THIS DOCTOR

I was referred to Dr. Leffert by my rheumatologist. If you are calling his office forget about getting a human to speak to, or any kind of timely call back. I had important bloodwork done, ordered by this doctor, which would determine my dosage of medication.

Be prepared to wait hours with unfriendly staff!

We waited 120 minutes past our appointment time to see the doctor. He's fine. He's not worth the wait. The staf is unfriendly and uncaring. I saw them ignore two elsesey people who knocked on the window. And when it was finally our turn to be seen, they acted like we were inconveniencing them. Horrendous experience.
