The Patient Portal is a great way to ask questions about your health care or request prescription refills as well as access your medical records, lab test results, and immunization history.
If you have a particular provider—a doctor or nurse practitioner—you’d like to see, you can request them when you schedule your appointment. Our clinics are staffed by a medical doctor, nurse practitioners, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants.
If you are going to be late or can’t make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to provide efficient care to as many students as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your visit, we will reschedule your appointment.
Your health care needs are as unique as you are. Here are some other ways to get in touch with us if you need to send additional information or have more questions.
