The first step is to sign in to your Patient Portal with the provided temporary password. The temporary password will be valid for 168 hours, after which a new one will have to be requested. Sign in to your Patient Portal account by selecting the link shown below. You will be asked to verify your identity.
Provide The Urology Clinic with your personal email address. We will provide you with a Patient Portal Welcome Letter that will be sent to the provided email. This letter will contain your temporary password to access the Patient Portal. You can also request a print out of the email that will be sent.
Like phone calls, Patient Portal messages may be screened by office staff before being routed to the appropriate person for a response. Copies of your Patient Portal messages may be placed in your medical record. While many subjects are appropriate for e-mail communication, it is ultimately a decision between you and your clinician.
