Millions of people in the United States lack the blessing of primary healthcare. They are either uninsured, underinsured, or simply do not have access to quality healthcare.
We do our best to treat the whole person! As such we work with the local Public Health Departments to help make sure we serve a common goal. As such we have meet with Winnebago Public Health Department, City of Appleton and City of Menasha Public Health Departments to help guide our approach to help the community. Below is our summary:
In 2018, an assessment of the Fox Valley area (Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties) was completed. Based on data, local public health officials have prioritized five issues as the greatest public health concerns for the Fox Cities.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), HOPE receives HHS funding and Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
