What information will I receive about MyChart at an HonorHealth hospital?

To help you understand what your out-of-pocket costs may be, we provide a free cost estimate tool in the HonorHealth MyChart patient portal. Log into your MyChart account and use the menu to find "Estimates” under the Billing section. If you haven't set up your MyChart account, you can sign up for free using the website or app.

What is an emergency medical condition?

An emergency medical condition is a medical or psychiatric condition that manifests itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that you could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: Serious jeopardy to your health.

What is chest pain?

Chest pain or pressure which may radiate to the arms, neck, back, shoulder, jaw, arm, or wrist. Sudden onset of severe abdominal pain. Severe shortness of breath. Sudden decrease in or loss of consciousness. Sudden inability to talk or to move one side of the body, or sudden slurred speech.

What to do if you think you are experiencing a medical emergency?

Major injuries such as gunshot or stab wounds or severe injuries from a vehicle accident. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately! What is anonymous data?

How often should I change my password?

Can I use MyChart for urgent matters?

MyChart should never be used for urgent matters. The anticipated turnaround time for response to electronic messages is two business days. Therefore, if you believe you are experiencing an urgent or life threatening health condition, please contact your physician, go directly to an emergency department, or dial 911.

MyChart users must be 18 years of age or older to request a personal account, with the exception of emancipated minors who provide written documentation to prove their emancipated status. Parents or guardians of minor children may request access to the minor child's account by completing the MyChart Child Proxy Form.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do request 24 hours notification.

We accept most insurance plans. For specific questions regarding insurance eligibility, please contact your insurance provider to verify benefits and coverage.

Medication Refills

You may call the pharmacy for your prescription refill requests. The pharmacy will contact our office directly.

Hospital bills

If you have questions about your hospital or HonorHealth Medical Group bill, or if you need to contact an HonorHealth team member for different reasons, please submit your request via the Contact Us page.
