Full X-Ray Services, Registered with KS Dept. of Health and Environment Hillside Medical Office, LLC does not provide Emergency Medical Services. In the case of an emergency, call 911. After my experiences with them, I can’t recommend Hillside Medical enough!
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
The PATIENT PORTAL allows you to have real-time access to your medications, labs, and upcoming appointments. You will also be able to request appointments, request refills, and message your provider. You can also update your information and medical history while on the portal.
I have been with Hillside Polymedic for over 20 years, they are My family. My daughter was delivered by Dr. Chime, OB/GYN. I also have My Internal Medicine, Podiatrist and Cardiologist doctors there.
