What do I need to sign up for the patient portal?

All you need is a browser and Internet connectivity! And More! If you’re not already set up on the Patient Portal, please call our office at (316) 685-1381, and we’ll provide you with a PIN to get registered.

What is your username on a portal?

Your username will always be your email address. Each time you enter your portal account, you also will need to enter your password and answer your security question for extra security.
