Who can use the Penn State Health Portal?

To access your Clinic Patient Portal information, you must first create an account through your current provider’s office. Once your account is created, you may access your account by selecting your specific provider from the list below. You will then be taken to the portal page where you can log in to review your personal information.

IMA has officially joined Millennium Physician Group on July 1st, 2018. The patient portal is no longer available, you may request any records before 7/1/2018 via the Millennium Patient Portal or directly from your medical practice. If you have any questions about the Millennium Patient Portal please call our Portal Helpline at 855-421-0001.

My Penn State Health

A patient will use this portal, if you have been hospitalized at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center. Most patients who attend a Penn State Health Medical Group in Dauphin and Cumberland counties will use this portal. Please call your outpatient clinic to verify.

Patients of Holy Spirit Medical Center, or any of their outpatient clinics, will use MyChart as their patient portal. View participating clinics.
