Dear Valued Patient: Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (OAH) has implemented a new financial policy. Most health insurance plans require a co-pay and deductible. Patients with unmet deductibles are now required to make an initial payment of $150 for new visits and $100 for follow up visits at check in.

You have the option to access your health data through certain third-party applications. The applications listed below are already connected to our health record. Please check back here as applications are added regularly.
One will have information for patients that used our hospital based services and the other contains patient information from our outpatient provider practices.
CPSI offers you access to any inpatient records, procedure records, medical history, medication lists, lab reports, patient allergies and existing or developing medical conditions. Patients may also download these records to their private computers and share them with any other medical professionals they may be seeing.
Outpatient provider practices which offer this service include: all Ohio County Family Care locations, Quick Care, Pain Care, Specialty Care, Fordsville Area Medical Clinic and Butler County Family Care.
This is an important step to connect you to us as your health care provider. Your connection will be approved within 48 hours.
And it’s available 24 hours a day from any computer or smartphone. Using myProHealth is entirely up to you. If you prefer not to sign up, this will not affect the care you receive from any ProHealth provider.
