Children’s Specialized Hospital, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, is the nation’s leading provider of inpatient and outpatient care for children from birth to 21 years of age facing special health challenges – from chronic illnesses and complex physical disabilities like brain and spinal cord injuries, to a full scope of developmental, behavioral, and mental health concerns. At 14 different New Jersey locations, our pediatric specialists partner with families to make our many innovative therapies and medical treatments more personalized and effective so each child can reach their full potential.
In addition to supporting well visits, vaccines, follow up visits and sick visits the CSH team is trained and equipped to manage the care and delivery of resources necessary to improve the health outcomes of children that are fragile, at-risk, and/or living with medical complexities and their siblings.
Caring for pediatric patients who have had extensive surgeries that require medical supervision, daily multidisciplinary therapy, and nursing support for recovery and safe discharge home.
Developmental and behavioral pediatrics, including autism and depression, focusing on physical, emotional, and psychological development, learning, and behavior from infancy through young adulthood
We recognize that every family is unique in their structure, values, culture and spiritual beliefs which is why we cater our care based on each child’s individual needs.
Pediatric Associates is so excited to welcome Dr. Tina Rajput to our practice. She comes to us from Cincinnati Children's Hospital Emergency Department and is already busily seeing patients. We are thrilled to offer her vast experience as well as her kind approach to our patients and their families. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Rajput to PAF!
To increase the speed with which you can access your COVID-19 results, we encourage all of our patients to set up a MyChart account at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. The turnaround time for us to have these results in our system is currently between 24-72 hours.
Masking guideline update: The CDC recommends that masks should still be worn in the healthcare setting. We will continue to require that all patients 2 years of age and up, as well as their caregivers, wear masks when entering our office. We fully appreciate that our staff members are vaccinated along with many of our patients and caregivers.
COVID, COVID, COVID...seems like that is all we are talking about. And it is certainly very important, but don't forget to bring your child in for his/her/their annual flu shot. We will begin vaccinating for the 2022-2023 flu season on Monday, August 15th in all offices.
