Awful client care

I was a patient of Dr. Fredericks and while I found him to be an okay practitioner, their administrative staff fell very short. She made many mistakes and never took accountability for any of it. When I wrote Dr. F a letter outlining my frustrations (canceling my appt and asking for his acknowledgment of the letter), I got crickets.

Excellent doctor

Dr. Narron is a great doctor who helped me immensely with my depression.
