Faisal Tai, MD - Psychiatrist . Faisal Tai is a psychiatrist who is Board Certified by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He completed his pre-med at University of Houston, received his Doctor of Medicine from UMHS, and completed his Residency at University of Iowa.
Catherine Smith is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University Physician Assistant program in Baton Rouge, LA in May of 2020. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014.
Sabrina Daniell is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Walden University with an MSN in Psychiatric-Mental Health NP in May 2020. Prior to earning her masters she worked as an emergency room nurse for 4 years. She has earned BSN in Nursing and a BSN in Psychology with a continued passion for mental health. She was born and raised in Houston, TX, where she currently resides in a small country town on the outskirts of Houston. She enjoys exploring new destinations with her 3 children, husband, and German shepherd Molly!
