If you previously established an account for online access to your health record and need to gain access to that account again, you will not qualify for self-enrollment. Click on the Patient Portal Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) link in the sidebar on the right for more information on recovering access to your health record.
When you arrive at Glens Falls Hospital, the main information desk will be located in the Tower Lobby. If you are here for testing or a medical appointment, please report to the point of service desk located in the West Lobby.
Effective Tuesday, April 14 th, 2020, Patient Registration in the West Lobby at Glens Falls Hospital will be open Monday through Friday, 5:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. and will be closed weekends. Patients who may come for testing after the registration area closes can still enter through the West Entrance.
This is required for both emergency and routine care.
