As you may know, we recently launched our new Privia/Athena patient portal for the Great Falls Clinic. If you see a provider or a department from the list below, you will need to log into your Privia/Athena patient portal to request prescription refills, message your provider, request appointments, view and/or pay your bill online and much more.
If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members’ health information. How secure is the Patient Portal? All communications between you and your provider’s office are carried over a secure, encrypted connection.
The PatientPORTAL App connects you, the patient, with your healthcare provider. The App enables you to view upcoming appointments and lab results, as well as send and receive secure messages for yourself and any dependents that you may have for easy communication with your provider.

FollowMyHealth is a cloud-based patient engagement tool. It caters to both patients and healthcare organizations. Primary features include email consultations, online appointments management, email reminders, EHR syncing and telemedicine.
Reviewers felt that MyChart meets the needs of their business better than FollowMyHealth. When comparing quality of ongoing product support, reviewers felt that MyChart is the preferred option. For feature updates and roadmaps, our reviewers preferred the direction of MyChart over FollowMyHealth.

FollowMyHealth does not store your username and password for these particular providers and your credentials will continue to be maintained by them as well. In compliance with federal patient privacy regulations, all transmitted data is encrypted during this process. The data storage is also encrypted for protection.

For your convenience, the Patient Portal is now accessible from our Website. The portal allows you to request appointments and prescription refills, send messages, and review your medical history and clinical results.
Patients interested in accessing the Patient Portal, who do not have a registered account, may contact us to begin the setup process. Please call 715-847-2558 for more information. Registration on our Patient Portal is open only to GI Associates patients and does require a PIN number.
Established patients may also contact our patient portal helpline at 518-824-8620 Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. for assistance in registering for the Patient Portal.
When it’s time for your appointment open the HHHN app (or log in from your computer) then tap or click on “Start Video Call”. Wait until your provider starts – don’t navigate off this screen. You’ll be able to see and talk with your provider (and nurse). When your visit is over, close the app or browser page.
Any active patient may be eligible to register for and use the Patient Portal. If you are authorized, a family access account can be created that will allow you to access selected family members’ health information.
We have closed some portions of the Meditech portal to ensure seamless communication between patient and provider. Please login or create a new account using the Privia portal for all ambulatory departments.

The Patient Portal uses HTTPS to provide encrypted communication between you and your doctor’s office. Access to your portal account is controlled through secure access codes, personal ID’s, and. passwords. Only you will have access to the login information needed to view your account.
To activate your account, you will need to receive an activation code from us. Once you have received the code, you will be able to create your own username, password, and other login information used to verify your identity. If you would like to activate your portal account, please contact the office to receive your activation code .
The Patient Portal helps you take a more active role in your healthcare. Having a patient portal account helps the practice create a more accurate record of your medical history as well as educate you on certain aspects of your health. It provides you and the practice with a more efficient means of communication, eliminating sources of frustration such as phone tag. You will also be able to print or download portions of your chart to take with you to other providers participating in your care, thus reducing the amount of paperwork you may need to fill out.
