Patient Procedure Information & Instructions

If your procedure is scheduled at Associated Endoscopy (AE), located next door to our Hermitage office at Summit Medical Center in suite 532, a nurse from AE will call you 2-3 days prior to your procedure with your arrival time and to discuss any questions you may have about your procedure.
