Mink Radiology is a unique, specialized radiology practice based in Beverly Hills. The entire practice is designed to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care in a warm and comfortable setting. Unlike the large institutions, such as university-type hospitals, where many patients never interact with the radiologist, we believe in providing highly personalized and individualized care for our patients.…
Mink is located on the first floor and to the left of the reception/security desk. It's a decent walk to the office which is at the very end of the hallway. Signs to the office are clear and visible. We found good parking close to the building leaving about a 400ft walk to the front door.
The staff member scheduling your examination will include a 15 minute check-in time to your appointment time. In most instances, we are able to complete your examination within 45 minutes to 1 hour.
A: One of our board-certified radiologists will read your examination. In the case of an epidural injection, new patients will be seen by the doctor in charge of epidural examinations for the day. We make every effort for returning patients to be seen by the same doctor from their previous visit.
Patients will be at least 6 ft away from one another in our waiting rooms.
Mink Radiology accepts the following insurance plans. If you do not see your insurance carrier, please contact us as we cooperate with nearly every national and local carrier.
General sedation via anesthesia is offered only on Saturdays; we require a patient History and Physical (current within last 3 months) and the anesthesiologist must clear the patient of the following: BMI>35, history of sleep apnea, history of anesthesia complications, and/or potential airway complications.
No walk-ins for X-Ray at any location until further notice.
The system requires a login ID and password. Please contact our physician liaison at the Beverly Hills office number to obtain access.
The Secure Patient Portal is a secure system designed to help you manage your individual or family health care online. Using these online systems, you can:
The TOL Patient Portal (also referred to as "TRICARE Online" or "TOL") is the current secure patient portal that gives registered users access to online health care information and services at military hospitals and clinics.
If you move back to a non-MHS GENESIS location, you’ll resume use of the TOL Secure Patient Portal for all secure actions (appointing, viewing health data, prescription refills, secure messaging).
MHS GENESIS is the new secure patient portal for TRICARE. It will eventually deploy to all military medical and dental facilities worldwide and replace the TOL Patient Portal.
You will need to contact your medical provider’s office for any technical issues. But before you do, please check that you’re attempting to access your patient portal from a desktop computer using a Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari browser. This may solve the problem. If not, your medical provider can supply additional assistance.
As soon as your record is created, you’ll be able to see your health data in MHS GENESIS.
