In June of 2020, the Methodist Jennie Edmundson Medical Plaza opened on the hospital’s campus, offering a medical office building that is home to primary care and women’s health providers as well as imaging and urgent care services.
Today it is a 230-bed regional health care center serving approximately 250,000 residents in western Iowa. Jennie Edmundson employs a workforce of over 400 full-time and over 160 part-time employees, and it has an active medical staff of nearly 170 physicians.
Jennie Edmundson has a 20-bed inpatient adult behavior health unit. Jennie Edmundson is committed to being a leader in women’s services in western Iowa.
Bound by Ridge Street, East Kanesville Boulevard and East Pierce Street, Methodist Jennie Edmundson Medical Plaza is home to Methodist Physicians Clinic primary care physicians, women’s health services, imaging and urgent care. A healing garden is a highlight of the exterior and provides a calming retreat for patients.
