I have been seeing Dr. Kowal for about 10 years. He listens attentively and does not rush me. He is very knowledgeable and I feel confident in his diagnosis and treatment. I feel like Dr. Kowal really cares about me as a patient and a person and that is very important to me. Dr. Kowal has a good heart. I like his sweet and down to earth manner.

I tried to become a new patient for Dr. Kowal.. I was on hold for 11 minutes..When the receptionist finally answered she was so rude. It was the worst customer service I have ever received in a long time... I was going to switch my entire family until this.. Now I will look else where.
