If you didn’t get the invitation, please request a Portal-Invitation by sending an e-mail to info@midcitiespsychiatry.com with your last name, and your date of birth.

How do I request a patient portal-invitation?

If you didn’t get the invitation, please request a Portal-Invitation by sending an e-mail to info@midcitiespsychiatry.com with your last name, and your date of birth. Patient Portal-Invitation will be two e-mails sent to your personal e-mail address. E-mail #1 will contain a link to the portal. E-mail #2 will contain the passcode.

Will using the portal locator affect my ability to use other URLs?

Using the portal locator doesn’t affect your ability to use other URLs to log in to your patient portal. How can I reset my password, security question, or access code? Please contact your medical provider’s office for instructions on how to change or reset your patient portal password.
