One Star

She has a hot temper. Seems to be uninformed about menopause related symptoms and ways to remedy these. Her statement was that old people have to suffer, lol. While I was able to get some treatments I got from previous retired Dr, I needed other avenues of treatment. She spends a lot of time talking about politics and other offending topics.

Unprofessional office

I wasted 3 months of my time and health waiting on an appointment with her that was canceled less than a week before it was to occur, by email no less. I sent her all my medical records to review and waited over a month for her office to call and schedule me. She wanted labs done prior to the visit that were not covered by my insurance.

I was very impressed with Dr. Knight's knowledge and information. Very helpful.

Finally a doctor that listens

I have been to so many doctors that just plain do not take the time to listen and understand the problems that I am having. Doctor Knight is the exception! She always spends enough time to answer all of your questions and cover all of your concerns. She does not have the superiority complex that most doctors have, it is very refreshing.

FINALLY! The office is organized, the RN, Jessica, ALWAYS answers my emails &/or is quick to fax my drug order. Lisa, the SMILING and FRIENDLY office gal could not be nicer and more efficient. All in all, it's "almost" a pleasure going to the doctor. BTW, Dr Knight is also very understanding of the needs of a patient.
