The Florida Department of Health is excited to offer Florida Health Connect, a secure, convenient way to manage your health and communicate directly with your clinician online. Florida Health Connect is a patient portal that is free to everyone receiving services at any local county health department.

What if I’m having issues logging into my Patient Portal?

The 21st Century Cures Act is a recent federal mandate that expands access to medical information. Pursuant to the Cures Act, Nuvance Health will release most test results (excluding genetics) and provider notes through the patient portal as soon as they are available.
