What is the patient portal and how does it work?

Our patient portal is a secure and convenient way to receive messages, lab results, documents, medical reports, reminders and news regarding your fertility journey. Access your profile from any device and stay up-to-date with your patient information.

How do I sign up for MyHealth patient portal?

Step 1: From any computer, tablet or smartphone, go to FCI.MyHealthPatientPortal.com and click “Register” on the login page. Step 2: Enter your date of birth and your unique patient number. Current patients get their unique patient number from their clinic.

How to contact Fertility Center?

If you have any questions, click the Help tab in the menu bar in the left margin of the home page screen and choose one of the brief instructional videos to view . Or call Fertility Center at 423.899.0500. When you are finished, click Log Off at the bottom of the menu bar.

Does Fertility Center make any representations?

The Fertility Center makes no representation or warranties with respect to any information offered or provided with or to the center via electronic communications regarding treatment, action, or application of medication.

Can you use Fertility Center email?

DO NOT USE Fertility Center electronic communication (including eIVF patient portal communication or standard email) for medical emergencies or urgent matters. In an emergency, call 911.
