Our on-line Patient Portal is available for messages, appointment requests and viewing results 24/7. Our office provides on-call access to providers for after hour urgent care. Electronic prescribing services are also used as a service to our patients.

Our office provides our patients with a range of services, including: EKG’s, PFT’s, breathing treatments, immunizations, minor injury treatment, minor office procedures, on-site lab draws, x-rays.
For Patients Who Are Minors: Due to federal and state confidentiality laws, patients who are between the ages of 14 and 17 are not required to disclose certain types of medical information to parents/legal guardians.
For this reason, we find it necessary to ask our patients in this age group to complete a consent form naming a parent/guardian as their portal authorized representative.
