Our mission is to see each of our patients avoid illness, obtain the best health possible, and have the energy to live life fully. As part of this goal, we advocate for weight regulation, regular exercise, nonsmoking, control of blood pressure, stress management, and good nutrition.
We believe that physical fitness is a very important part of a healthy life, which is why we have a special interest and training in sports medicine on every level. We recognize that obtaining physical fitness is not always easy because injuries and nagging ailments can occur.
All patients are seen by appointment. The receptionist will take appointments during any of the office hours. If an acute problem arises, please try to call the office before 10:00 a.m. so we can work you in that day. We try to stay on schedule, since we know no one likes to wait.
We believe medication should be used sparingly - only when and for as long as necessary. Most prescriptions, for short-term problems need no refills; however, if a refill is authorized, please call your pharmacist. If you are on a long-term medication, refills will be handled at the time of your office visit.
