Does Esperanza Health Center have bilingual dietitians?

Esperanza Health Center patients are able to schedule free appointments for individual nutrition counseling or diabetes education at all three sites. We currently have two full-time bilingual Dietitians at our Kensington and Hunting Park sites and one part-time bilingual Dietitian at our Fifth Street site. Appointments can be made by speaking with your Esperanza clinician, clerical assistant or you can ask to speak with the Dietitian on-site during your doctor’s appointment.

Does Esperanza Health Center offer behavioral health services?

Behavioral health services are available only to existing Esperanza Health Center patients. We are now offering in-person brief consultations with a licensed behavioral health clinician at all three of our sites, Monday through Friday. We are also able to offer telehealth visits to patients who request them.

Can you telehealth visit Esperanza?
