terrible office experience. Waited over an hour and left in frustration

The office is horribly run. I waited for an hour and left in disgust. There were 4+ people working in the admin room, and not single person told me that there would be a wait. Not even after I asked about the wait. I hadn't imagined I would be waiting so long because the waiting room was empty.

Not responsive or helpful

I saw Dr. Jacobson over two years for persistent issues I was having with irregular periods and possible early menopause. She did not address my concerns, and other than telling me my tests were "within the normal range" for my "age" (41) she was not helpful at all.

STAY AWAY..

This happened to me and I hope it won’t happen to anyone. First of all, doctor Jacobson didn’t mention any shots during my last trimester. I asked for TDAP (because my friend got it from another doctor) and she said she would give it to me in the hospital when the baby was born. Unfortunately, I was sick she couldn’t give me in the hospital.

Wow, where do I begin? My sister is a patient of Dr Jacobson and I’ve been going with her to all appointments. My obgyn is another prominent doctor from Englewood hospital and I can see a huge difference in the quality of service and the doctor’s level of knowledge/care.
