Crozer Health’s Patient Experience staff (team) is available to assist patients when they need someone to advocate for them, listen to them, give them support, help with problem-solving and much more. Patient Experience staff are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Contact a Patient Experience team member at your hospital.
