To register in person, you will need to visit Coffeyville Regional Medical Center’s Release of Information Clerk at the main entrance by Registration they will set up a login and a password specific to you.

You can access the Patient Portal from any PC with an Internet connection. You can go directly to myhealth.crmcinc.org. From this screen, you enter your login information and can then view parts of your medical record online. What features does the Patient Portal include?

The Release of Information Clerk will provide you with a print out of your login and password or they can email the information to you if you prefer.

To reset your password, go to the Patient Portal login screen. Enter your username and password, place a check mark in the box “Change My Password,” then click “Login.”. You will be prompted to enter a new password. Please follow the password requirements on the password reset screen.

Oncology Infusion Services include (but are not limited to): chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions with associated injections including neulasta, neupogen, faslodex, and Lupron. Blood and platelet infusions are also given, as needed, to patients who experience chemo-related anemia as well as Leukemia patients. ,

CRH Oncology Group services all of South Georgia in the treatment of adult malignancies, ranging from lung, colon, and breast cancers, to lymphomas, leukemias, and sarcomas. Treatments include immunotherapy, targeted antibody-based therapy, chemotherapy, and oral therapy, all of which are given locally in our Infusion Center at Coffee Regional Medical Center.
