How to get your patients to use your patient portal?

The myCKHealth portal has been discontinued as of Monday, October 25, 2021, in preparation for our transition to a new consolidated patient portal. On November 2, 2021, Crozer Health implemented a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system which includes a new patient portal, called Health+Link, for both inpatient and outpatient care.

How to access patient portal?

Test results can be accessed and reviewed through your patient portal. If you’re having issues locating your patient portal, the portal locator will help you find it. If you’re having issues logging into your patient portal, please contact your medical provider’s office for support.

What can I do on the patient portal?

By using the patient portal, your health information is available to you anytime, anywhere you have access to the internet. Want to know about your lab tests? The portal is a convenient and secure way to see results. There is even an educational tool inside the portal to help you understand your results and conditions.

What is Florida Health Connect?

The Florida Department of Health is excited to offer Florida Health Connect, a secure, convenient way to manage your health and communicate directly with your clinician online. Florida Health Connect is a patient portal that is free to everyone receiving services at any local county health department. The portal allows you to more actively engage with your care team at a time that works best for you.
