36 hours ago The Center for Neurosciences works to be prepared for all types of infectious diseases such as flu or coronavirus. We want you to know more about our proactive steps to prepare. As part of these steps, we are asking that you please avoid bringing other people with you to your appointment unless it is necessary. >> Go To The Portal
We’ve launched a new, totally secure, enhanced patient portal at UTHealth Neurosciences called MyUTHealth. This portal will allow you to: Easily view your lab results, look up your upcoming appointments, and find your medications and prescription information.
The Center for Neurosciences is home to Southern Arizona’s largest and longest standing group practice dedicated to the treatment of neurological disorders. Our aim is to provide the highest-quality neurological care– the same level of care we would want for ourselves or our loved ones.
At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.
To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.
