How to reinstate CDPHP?

You will need to go to View Current Invoiceto determine your outstanding balance and then mail in the paymentto CDPHP to reinstate your child’s coverage.

How to view child health plus bill?

After you log in, to view their current invoice, click on Billing Home, and then click on View Current Invoice in the right-hand navigation bar. The balance will display on the bottom of the page.

What browsers work with online payments?

Browsers. The online payment system works best with Internet Explorer 11 and up. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari will work as well. If using a mobile device, install Chrome to make payments. You MUST disable pop-up blockers in your browser before attempting to make payments. It is easiest to remove pop-up blockers when using Internet Explorer.

How to keep coverage active?

To keep coverage active, pay the Total Amount Due. Go to View Current Invoicepage. This page will display the total amount due including any past due invoices.

Do you have to pay each subscriber separately?

Payments must be made separately for each subscriber.

Any new information from visits to a St. Peter's Health Partners doctor’s office or hospital from May 8 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.
