Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:45 pm. Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Saturday mornings. If you have an emergency, or need to speak to the physician on call, the answering service will contact the physician on call for you. To view lab results a second or third time, click Medical Records on the left side of the portal and choose Lab/ Diagnostic Reports. Via Healow app: To view labs, click My Records on the wheel and then Results on the next screen. Letters and test results can only be printed from desktop.
