How do I enroll in the Berkshire patient portal?

On February 1st of 2020, Berkshire Health Systems implemented a new Electronic Health Record system called Meditech Expanse, and as part of that, a new Berkshire Patient Portal. You can enroll in the Berkshire Patient Portal by receiving an email invite when you visit: Berkshire Medical Center & Fairview Hospital Physician Practices

What is the patient portal?

Our Patient Portal is an innovative way to communicate with us. This electronic service makes sending and receiving information a snap! You are able to view and print your child's immunization record, visit summaries, lab results, etc. You can save yourself a trip to the office when you need a school note, work excuse, or other documentation.

How do I enroll in the bhs1 portal?

If you would like to enroll before your next appointment, please call 413-447-2505 or email berkshireportal@bhs1.org to begin enrollment. When calling or emailing please provide your full name, date of birth and the email address you would like the invitation to be sent to.
