What should I do if I have technical issues with patient portal?

Balcones Psychiatry and Mental Health takes its name from arguably the most important geological feature of our region - the Balcones Fault Zone and Escarpment. ATTENTION: For appointments conducted via telemedicine (Doxy.me), refer to the links below. Instructions are also available in your patient portal. If you would like to be seen in person, we are offering socially distanced in office appointments on a limited basis

Please be in the waiting room prior to the time of your scheduled appointment. This will help with timing for patients who have appointments after you.

If you need a refill between appointments, please let us know. You can email us at refills@balconespsych.com or leave us a voicemail at 512-807-0640. Be sure to include the prescriber you are leaving the message for, the medication, dose and the pharmacy’s name and address. PLEASE DO NOT submit refill requests through your pharmacy.
