Founded in 2008, Central Texas Colon and Rectal Surgeons (CTCRS) is the largest group of board-certified colon and rectal surgeons in the greater Austin and central Texas region. Patients are seen by appointment only. As a courtesy, we try to contact every patient to remind them of their appointment. It is the patient's responsibility to arrive on time for their appointment (earlier if paperwork needs to be filled out). We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
New prescriptions will be written and handed to the patient or sent electronically to your pharmacy. Refills (even if none remaining) will be handled by the patient calling their pharmacy and the pharmacy will contact the doctor's office for refill information.
If you do not receive a response within 72 hours , you should contact the office. Patient portal communication is intended only for the patient that is currently logged in. Any communication relating to another patient including family members needs to be communicated under their own portal ID.
