Patient Portal gives students the convenience of scheduling or canceling appointments, uploading medical documentation, as well as receiving laboratory reports all from the comfort of their home. You will gain access to the Patient Portal once you are deposited at Arcadia.

How do I get access to the patient portal?

You will gain access to the Patient Portal once you are deposited at Arcadia. Once you have access, please complete the following tasks before you arrive for Fall Orientation: Create electronic scans of you HealthRecord as JPEGs or PDFs.

How do I upload documents to my Arcadia account?

Step 1: Log in with your Arcadia user name and password. The first time you log in, you will need to supply your student ID number and your date of birth in order to create an account. Step 2: Upload Physical Exam and Immunization History documents. NOTE: Acceptable document formats are PDF and JPG. File size must be smaller than 4 MB.
