What is the online patient portal and how does it work?

New patients and their families will receive a portal invitation when checking in for their first appointment at Parker Place. If your child is a current patient and you are not sure whether you have a patient portal account, please send us a text message at 410-844-8998 (or call our office) and we will make sure you’re set up.

Initial Visit

When you call to make an appointment with our office you will be given a code and password to login to your Patient Portal and fill out your medical history as well as consent forms. It is recommended you change your password to one you can remember.

Appointments

We accept both referred and non-referred patients. Our goal is to immediately alleviate your pain and address your concerns. We understand that your time is important, and we will make every effort to honor your appointment time. Please keep in mind that some patients may require additional treatment time.

Insurance Information

We work with you to maximize your insurance benefits for covered procedures. If you have any questions, our staff can help. They are well-informed and highly experienced working with insurance companies. Please bring your dental insurance information with you to your initial appointment so we can properly answer any of your billing questions.
