NOTICE OF CHANGE TO OPERATING HOURS

Starting August 19, 2022, our office will be closed at 12 pm on Fridays. Our afternoon appointments will be available to established patients for same day access until 3pm with the on call physician and midlevel. When does parental access expire?from corephysicians.org

You must be the parent or legal guardian of the child/children listed below. Once a child turns 12, access will expire. Partial access can be granted for children ages 12-17. Once a child turns 18 all access will expire.
